Scrutineering only done on the morning of the event. 7.30am - 9.45am for this show. PLEASE allow enough time when you arrive to get in and scrutineered by drivers briefing at 10am!   If your late you will not be able to compete on the day.

Padside Pit Entry....

as per our previous events this area is deemed a "hot zone" and is not accessible by spectators due to the number of cars driving around and risks that come with it.

This means to enter the pit you will need a Driver Pass or a Buddy Pass. As per the insurer buddy passes are only available to people aged 14+ years old. We have been lucky enough to have AASA allow us to have kids in the pit that are 12 - 13 years old but they will need to have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

for the children 12 - 13 that want to go in the pits we will have special wristbands available at no extra cost. but again they MUST be signed in to be in that area and will not be able to ride as a Buddy with that band

Entrants with children under 12.....

We understand there are some competitors that will have the family with them, If you fall into this bracket you will be able to setup in the outside dirt circuit pits and drive across the track when your round is up. This will be in a limited area so if you do plan to park on the outside please PM the page or the organisers 1 week prior to the event to confirm your spot is kept.

Camping....

NO CAMPING at the track for this event. Being a 1 day show with no dirt circuit on the Sunday we wont have the staff available to manage the venue. There are plenty of places available in Port Pirie to stay with the closest accommodations located up the road at the Rangeview Caravan and Cabin Park.

NO BYO AND STRICTLY NO GLASS BOTTLES to be in the venue, BEER - VODKA - you know the ones. If found with them you will be asked to leave - Support the club and grab a cold can from the Bar.
