We are opening up the burnout pad at Mallala for our first burnout competition!

HELP US BRING BACK THE BURNOUTS TO MALLALA, SOUTH AUSTRALIA!

 

CALLING ALL 4 CYLINDERS, 6 CYLINDERS, 8 CYLINDERS AND BLOWN BURNOUT CARS!

Judging will be based on several criteria, including driver control, continuous smoke, popped tyres and crowd appeal.

Scrutineers will have final say on Class.  This is strictly burnouts only!  There will be no cruising the track or power skids.

The elimination round for each class will determine the top 15 cars to go through to the Finals. All elimination burnouts have a maximum time of 2. All finals burnouts have a maximum time of 2 minutes.  

Spectator Admission

  Spectator Tickets can be purchased at the gate, or online at www.offthestreetaustralia.com  ADULT SATURDAY TICKET AT THE GATE: $10  Kids 14 & Under FREE + FREE Kids Entertainment, children must be accompanied by an adult.

Entrant Information

  ENTRY FORM

  Entries can be done online at www.offthestreetaustralia.com. You will receive an email confirming your entry.

Cost to enter is $120. (Entries will be capped at 100)

An AASA licence (Extreme Event) is required and must be valid to participate. Check www.aasa.com.au for more information. Some entrants may already have a AASA licence from a previous burnout competition.

PASSENGERS

  Passenger Passes are $25 each. (AASA Rules Stipulate only One Passenger Per Car)

SAFETY INSPECTION / SCRUITINEERING

   All Entrant vehicles will go through a Safety Inspection before being given access to the track. Once your car has been passed, you will receive a SAFETY INSPECTION PASSED sticker. The Safety Inspectors will check the following on ALL Entrant vehicles;  - Battery clamps  - No fuel or oil leaks  - All wheel nuts secured firmly. (No Wheel Weights)  - Seatbelts must be fitted and in good working order. A seatbelt is compulsory for all drivers & -  passengers. NO EXCEPTIONS  - No holes in firewall  - No major body damage or structural rust.

ALCOHOL

  This will be an alcohol free event, alcohol will not be sold and you are not permitted to bring any Glass or Alcohol into the Motorsport Park or Spectator Areas. Security will be checking vehicles at the entry gates, any alcohol found will be confiscated and WILL NOT be returned.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel the event due to any exceptional circumstances. No refunds will be issued.   All Entrants/Drivers/Vehicles are accepted at the discretion of the promoter.
